Pioneer Valley Rebuilders CDC provides carefully screened, non-violent ex-offenders from the Hampden County Sheriff's Department with the skills training and employment experience necessary to secure living wage jobs in the building trades at the end of their sentence.

Our licensed Construction Supervisor has over twenty-five years of experience in residential and commercial carpentry and construction work, and we are a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts.

We’ve completed projects ranging from full-scale home-renovations, to porch repair, including new concrete sidewalks and patio-pads, replacement window installation, and vacant-building cleanouts. Pioneer Valley Rebuilders is a community-based program that provides employment-experience and skills-training and prepares clients from diverse populations for permanent employment in the building trades.
